Fun Facts

  • I’m a Chicago Bears Fan through and through (as hard as it may be)

  • You can find me posting up at a bar of a new restaurant with my wife (Jade) and talking about life or with my dog (Brady) who is a very spoiled little black lab.

  • I used to be a prep cook in my college years and fell in love with it.

  • Lifting weights is my “happy pill”

  • Absolutely can’t stand olives and bleu cheese… and am thoroughly convinced my taste buds taste something different than what other people taste… because there’s no way anybody likes what I am tasting when I eat those. EWWWW

I’ve been in your shoes…

I haven’t been living in the gym since college…or traveling the world as a glorified influencer…

I have been working behind a desk trying to build a life like most people and I learned very quickly that it’s not as easy to stay fit once you have to do the whole adulting thing…

So I got fixated on “optimizing” my health…

  • I cut out carbs (because uh sugar… right?!)

  • I fasted every morning so that I could live till 150 (l literally thought that was true..)

  • I did daily HIIT workouts to get into the “fat burning zone”

  • I spent years feeling defeated by failed fad diets and burning out from overtraining.

And eventually I fizzled out like a shooting star taking a nosedive into a dumpster.

I was tired of always being confused by mainstream health advice, always ending up in the same spot…. so I decided to dig deeper for myself.

  • I began really studying fitness and nutrition…

  • I started strength training consistently, learning about calories & macros, and figured out how to eat my favorite foods while still losing fat.

  • I started helping real people achieve their goals without having to go through the same mistakes that I did.

What I have learned is that there is a much simpler way… a way that makes fitness fit INTO your life… not control it.

My mission now is to help others like you and me that are searching for a realistic way to lose fat, get stronger, and live a healthy meaningful life.

And yes... it is possible.
