Workouts are built for the full gym or at home. If you're doing them at home... I'd recommend having dumbbells ranging from 10-40 lbs (or more is great), resistance bands, and a bench.

Prices range from $25-75 per week depending on the level of support you need. (Keep in mind a typical personal trainer charges $60-100 for ONE session... while this is for 7 days of training, nutrition, & support)
